Terms of Service for FlashFollowers

By registering and placing an order at FlashFollowers (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

1. General

1.1. Acceptance: By placing an order with FlashFollowers, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
1.2. Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or future changes.
1.3. Usage: You will only use the FlashFollowers website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service page.
1.4. Liability: FlashFollowers rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
1.5. Damages: FlashFollowers does not limit our liability for any damages you or your business may suffer. We are not responsible for any account suspension, photo deletion, or video removal done by Instagram, TikTok, or other social media sites.

2. Service & Delivery

2.1. No Guarantees: FlashFollowers is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees for the uptime or availability of our website or the services we provide.
2.2. Engagement: We do not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your account. We strictly guarantee you to get the followers/likes/views you pay for.
2.3. Account Quality: We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
2.4. Private Accounts: You will not upload any interaction (likes/views/followers) to Private Accounts. If an order is placed for a private account, the system may mark it as completed, and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the account is Public before ordering.
2.5. Overlapping Orders: You agree not to place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. You must wait for the first order to complete before placing a second one. We cannot refund orders that are placed simultaneously for the same link, as the system counts the starting and ending counter incorrectly.
2.6. Delivery Speed: The delivery speeds mentioned in service descriptions are estimates. We do not issue refunds for “slow” delivery unless the order has completely stalled for more than 72 hours.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. All Sales Final: No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from FlashFollowers.
3.2. Chargebacks: You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
3.3. Termination: If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and remove any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients’ social media accounts.
3.4. Cancellations: Orders placed in FlashFollowers will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your FlashFollowers account only if the order is non-deliverable.
3.5. User Error: Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before proceeding.

4. Refill Policy (Drops)

4.1. Drop Rate: Social media platforms (IG/TikTok) frequently update their algorithms to remove inactive accounts. Therefore, followers may “drop” (disappear) after delivery.
4.2. Refill Eligibility: Some of our services include a “Refill Guarantee” (e.g., 30-day refill). If you purchase a service with a refill guarantee and your count drops, please open a support ticket.
4.3. No Refill: Services marked “No Refill” are sold “as is.” If the followers drop 5 minutes or 5 months later, no refund or refill will be provided.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Data Collection: We take your privacy seriously. We only use the information you provide (email, username) to fulfill your orders and notify you of order status.
5.2. Third Parties: We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for the payment processors required to complete the transaction.
5.3. Security: While we take precautions to protect your data, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Instagram & TikTok Specific Terms

6.1. Affiliation: FlashFollowers is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or ByteDance.
6.2. Copyright: You acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you post on these platforms. We are merely a marketing tool.
6.3. Updates: Instagram and TikTok updates may disable certain services temporarily. In such events, we reserve the right to pause services or issue partial refunds to your panel balance.

7. User Conduct

7.1. Restrictions: You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, including fraud, scams, or promoting hate speech.
7.2. Adult Content: We do not support services for Nudity, Pornography, or any content that violates the community guidelines of the respective social media platform.
